Paris in the 20’s. The retired American private detective Mac Pherson receives a visit from a beautiful and mysterious compatriot, Sophia Blake. Her sister and brother-in-law have been brutally murdered, but the French police have closed the case, so she asks Mac Pherson to track down the murderer. But Ms Blake seems to know more than she is willing to reveal… Very soon the young man will enter a universe where murder and rituals are committed according to ancestral mystic beliefs.
